2012 camry with navigation to pioneer MHV1400NEX works good.
Good news is that everything works. You must take your time in figuring out which wires you will be using and what you won't. The manual is for general use and you need to set down and go through every wire before you try to install. Some of the wires I did't need, like the one you have to insert the pin into the connector. That wire was not needed but there was another wire clearly labeled and the colors matched the colors on my radio. There were a couple of wires that didn't match the manual but they were clearly marked on the adapter itself and their colors matched the colors on the radio harness. I did not need to connect the parking brake wire to the switch as shown because there was already one in the harness. Much easier. As with any project like this, you must take your time. After install was complete, I was very happy with the result. Everything worked as it should, I only lost right and left on the steering wheel and it retained the voice button and answer button. Backup camera is good (wiring for activation also in harness). I did have to use the little adapter that came with the harness, no problems with that. The factory radio had a unit under it that had a couple of connectors that were not used when I was finished. Not sure what it was but I'm not missing any features. The was a note saying I needed to change a dip switch in the box. Choices were 5 volt or 3.3 volt, I didn't see any switches and didn't want to open the box so I did not change anything and it was fine. There are a LOT of connector on the back of the factory radio. These harnesses are a must for making installation easy.

Worked as expected
Used with a Jensen CAR710W stereo in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. All steering wheel controls worked as expected. Only issue with install was that the antenna power lead doesn’t run to the correct spot in the wiring harness, so it wasn’t getting power. Needed to splice this to the ignition power lead. Having the instructions be more detailed to provide other model specific guidance for things like this would have saved troubleshooting time during the install.

WIRING DIAGRAM ATTACHED - SEE DETAILS THIS IS PERFECT
This works perfectly for my 2012-2019 Sequoia SR5 trim. The head units are known to die randomly in these and mine was no exception. My model had a basic touchscreen OEM unit with XM radio and Bluetooth with steering wheel controls. I wanted to retain all my steering wheel controls, factory backup camera, and USB/Aux port. This worked perfectly! Just follow the pin-out diagram when soldering your wire connections. For my case I didn't use maybe 3-5 of the wires, it also included a jumper wire of some sort but that didn't apply to my vehicle. I connected everything and it works absolutely flawless, all of my OEM components work perfectly with my Sony Double Din touchscreen head unit. Don't forget to program the black box interface for the steering wheel controls (SWC), the instructions tell you what combination of buttons you need to slide to make it compatible with your vehicle. Perfect solution for my needs!!

Works with 2013 Toyota Corolla LE
This is an excellent harness. I used it in 2013 Toyota Corolla LE with steering wheel control that includes Volume Up/Down, Seek Up/Down and Mode button. The car does not have Call buttons, so no idea about that.Coming to the harness itself, I'll start with the pros --1. Has most of the things needed for aftermarket stereo. I had to just buy a male 3.5mm to female RCA for the aux connection into the kenwood stereo.2. Wiring is labelled and color coded well, although some shade variation can sometimes make it difficult.3. I already had a reverse camera installed with a T-harness on the factory stereo. That worked without any modifications. The supplied T-harness connected to the existing one and connecting the video to the Kenwood reverse camera input worked great. Reverse wire on the Kenwood connects to the Reverse wire on the harness. Works great. My camera was setup to be always on. Kenwood has a camera button so I can see it anytime I want. Plus, reverse interruption on Kenwood is setup, so putting the car in reverse shows the camera on screen. All this worked without any modifications. There is one labeling issue in the manual that I'll mention later.4. Aux connection also worked with the extra connector mentioned in point 1 above.5. Steering wheel controls worked right away. The dip switches were not adjusted for Toyota or Kenwood but instructions are clear. I set that as soon as I got the harness and then no need to worry about it. All the controls worked great. The module has a blue light that comes on when there is power.6. Factory USB is retained easily. The connector goes into the Factory USB plug and the USB male goes in the stereo female. Connecting the phone to the factory USB now activates Android Auto on the Kenwood stereo.7. Antenna worked great. I connected the blue power to the main power harness on the factory.Cons:1. Reverse trigger wire is labelled as Red/White. Its actually Blue/White.2. Parking Brake yellow/black wire has to be inserted into a pin that was extremely confusing for me to understand. Anyway, most stereos provide a mechanism to bypass the parking brake. I did that on the Kenwood, so I did not even connect the parking brake wire. Google parking brake bypass for the after market stereo being installed to get ideas.3. Antenna blue wire shows 2 possible connections but only one has to be connected. I connected the blue wire on the crux connector that attaches to the main power harness of the factory, with the blue wire on the Kenwood harness. Basically, I did not use the blue wire on the antenna connector. This is possibly specific to Toyota.Suggestion - If you can get a computer power supply, that will supply 12v to test the harness and aftermarket stereo before installing into the car to ensure everything works. Some geek stores sell computer power supplies for less than $5. Look at youtube videos on how to use that to power a car stereo for ideas.

Garbage, terrible customer service
Pioneer dmh-1500nex into a 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Wired it exactly as the vague diagram explains and the factory back up camera doesn’t work and the sound out of the speakers is barely there. Plus the tech from Crux that helped me was terrible. Didn’t explain anything just basically said I need to hardwire the speakers and the camera and sent me a diagram. DO NOT BUY

Works great except for the steering wheel control
Product works great except for the steering wheel control. I’m able to use my radio and have it function properly however, the steering wheel controls do not work. I would return the item, However, I have soldered all the wires up and cannot return it because of that.
