Great overview of the change process as well as Implementing Restorative Practices in Schools
This is a great book, written as if someone is speaking to you. The authors start with an overview of a whole school approach to Restorative Justice and then talk about the change process and how to help a school implement a new innovation. This information applies to any new initiative and gives practical suggestions on how to manage change, resistance, and distinguishing between first and second order change. I have done a lot of change work in schools and the steps identified are spot on and practical. The appendix also has some tools and templates that you can use or adapt for your purposes.
