Comfortable chair for home office with extra touch of vibration and heat
I am very pleased with this chair. I work from home several days a week and it is very comfortable even after long periods of sitting for meetings and report writing. After comparing prices of similar sized chairs with padded arms that swivel, recline and height adjust, I thought it was good trade-off to go for the heat and vibration over real leather. You do have to be careful not to roll over the power cord as it hangs down near the wheels. As for the heat and massage, these are nice extras but it depends on your physical needs. The vibration is nice for minor back stiffness or occasional soreness, but since it isn’t the kneading action like the chairs in a shopping mall or airport, it likely won’t be enough for chronic back pain sufferers. The heat warms the chair somewhat and is a nice touch on winter mornings, but it isn’t as hot as a heating pad. I read 1 review complaining about the vibration noise; it does hum but even on the high setting I wouldn’t consider it loud and it hasn’t been a problem when I’ve been talking on the phone or to my family. Another review complained about the directions; there are only pictures but if you’ve assembled anything from IKEA you should be fine - there is, however, a plastic cover on the post that the chair sits on the has to be removed that the directions don’t show. Initially the recline mechanism was so stiff that I didn’t think it worked, but after a couple of uses it is now quite smooth. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to friends.

Uncomfortable, padding does not last, smaller than you think, flimsy
I have owned this chair over 1.5 years. I never liked it and now I hate it.To start, the chair is too small for me, it might be okay for someone smaller than me. Probably should not buy any chair without sitting in it first. In case it helps someone, I am about 5 foot 9 inches. The seat is too short, so my legs fall asleep if i don't maintain perfect posture. The back is too short so the lumbar, shoulders and head rest just are not where they should be. Also, note the arm rests are not adjustable and I found they are too high for me. Which is odd because the chair seems to be made for a smaller person, so the arm rests would be even worse for them.Reclining in this chair is a safety hazard for you and anyone around you. This chair has wheels, which is not a good thing to combine with a reclining chair. Reclining the back of the chair, results in a very unbalanced position. If you are not very careful you will fall. I fell several times before, just giving up on reclining all together. Also, the back pivots at about 4 inches up from the seat, which is not a comfortable way to recline. I have found I can get a bit of lumbar support by reclining very slightly. When sitting in this chair it does not feel solid, there is a lot of flex. I weigh about 200 lbs, feels like I am pushing the weight limit. If you weigh significantly more than 200 lbs, I fear you will break this chair. I suspect the flexing comes from the fact that this chair is mostly plastic with very little metal re-enforcement. Surprisingly, all the places that feel like they are going to break, haven't.So far, the massage and heat features have worked great. My only complaint here is the cord gets all tangled up and stuck in the wheels. I have spent lots of time untangling the the cord from the chairs base and wheels. I think a thicker cord or different wheels would prevent this.PU Leather is still in good shape and shows very little to no wear. Stitching is good enough. Now we get to the real big, absolutely do not buy this chair, problem. The padding is worthless. One month in and all the padding that matters is mashed flat and does not spring back, may as well not have any padding. Feels like sitting on a plastic folding chair.Around six months, I could start to feel all the little motors digging into my legs and back like sitting on a bunch of small rocks.Nine months, now the padding is so far gone I just can't sit in this chair anymore.Currently, this chair is used as a foot rest.

Whoa
My wife recently began working remotely so we put together a little home office, which of course required a seat of some sort. Enter this chair. It was delivered while I was at work and she had it all setup when I came home. I put my bag down, sank into this chair, and felt like I was melting. This thing is so much more comfortable than I expected, and the vibrating features are really cool too. Everyone has different expectations of comfort as it relates to firmness or support for different regions of the body but for us, this chair probably could not be beaten.Update 2 years later:The seat has not held up. I had to buy a foam seat to use because the chair became flat. Now I work from home and sit in the chair 8+ hrs everyday. So I guess it's good for the money but now I am out buying a new chair. Also the bolts keep popping out from the bottom.

The HEAT ain't on...
Very comfy & pretty! Not easy to assemble. Extra part & step NOT on directions. Massage is a decent vibration, not massage but ok. NO HEAT AT ALL & that's my biggest disappointment. I needed the heat bc I sit for 8.5hrs daily! Ok chair for the price but sure wish they'd be sure it had HEAT b4 selling it!,

Not actual massaging. Simply vibration.
I purchased this for my husband and I since we both are having back pain from long days. I read a bunch of reviews, some good, some bad. The instructions for assembling the chair are indeed pictographs and a pain in the rear. Some of the pictures are blurry for the small parts, but it is doable. The heat doesn't really get that intense, no where near like an actual heating pad. And like my headline says, there is no actual massaging. It is simply light or strong vibrations. It does feel good but not as good as an actual massage chair would be. However, without all the heat and vibrations, it is a sturdy, comfortable chair. I am a bigger girl and there is plenty room for my big butt, and I don't feel like the chair is going to break under me. Overall a decent purchase, but perhaps a little pricier than it should be since it is not actually massaging and the heat doesn't get all that noticeable.

Heated Massage Office Chair
This is a great, comfortable chair. I am using it in my office and when I'm having a stressful day, I am sure to turn my heat and massage vibrations on. There are options for the vibration patterns as if you are in a spa chair. I love it!
