Sheds: The Do-It-Yourself Guide for Backyard Builders

Just what we needed to go beyond a drawing on a napkin.

This book includes a ton of great plans for building sheds. It was more in depth than I was looking for but if you're looking for an assortment of detailed plans for building, this would be a great resource. If you're looking for less complicated plans or more of an "idea book," this probably wouldn't fill the bill. Still, it appears to be an excellent book for those with advanced carpentry skills

I own a lot of building/construction/do it yourself books. When i say alot I do mean a LOT. This is by far my favorite! It has schematics as well as narratives ( alternative materials, varying builds etc. IF you are thinking of building any time of shed, lean-to, firewood hutch, shelving, bins, Tool shed etc...this is your book. I cannot recommend it enough. IT's not all technical like some of them or too vague like others. I am serious. Buy this book! I wish i had found it years ago!!

This book has awesome plans and and a good set of pictures for ideas every thing you wanted to know about sheds in one book .

This book seems useful in that there were plans included. However the examples used were kind of strange. All I wanted was a simple design that I could tweak and use but I think the author just put in various sheds that he had built himself and really aren’t that useful for most people. Do not recommend this book
