Sweetness is good. You can feel the taste for sometime after consuming the thing in which you have mixed it.

This is a decent product. Noticed to adverse rise in sugar levels post using this. The sweetening levels were fairly decent, verging on surprisingly good.However, it does have an AFTERTASTE that's unmistakable - a slight bitterness that lingers on the palate for a bit. The best place to try and mask this is coffee but even then, you're not really replacing the flavour profile that normal sugar yields.Good choice? Yes, if you're all right with a slightly altered flavour profile. Recommendation? Avoid sugar if you can and you won't have any issues! :D
