Rats Are Gone..Hallelujah !!
I had purchased in the past 5 different Rodenticides for the rats that had invaded my garden and basement coming from the Grist Mill across the street. These rats were really bold, coming out in broad daylight in the middle of my garden areas in full view of my kitchen window. Yes, I feed the birds with black oil sunflower seeds but thank goodness, the rats prefer the Ramik green fishy smell pellets. The rats would look up at me when I rapped on the window but not scatter. I bought so many different rat eliminators: mechanical, electrical and edible. Sometimes I would find the other bait products intact or just nibbled and the units that were supposed to electrify them would have the bait gone but no dead rats. BUT .... RAMIK mini pellets was different...it was gobbled up night after night. By day 3 there were NO MORE VISIBLE RATS. I continued to put out out the Ramik pellets, opening the bag with gloves and placing the pellets in the spot where I saw the rats dig under the foundation of my house. It has been 10 days and it is still being eaten. I will continue until it is untouched and no evidence of the critters. Granted it is November and the time of the year that the rodents try and invade my house because of the low temps ( i live in New England ). I will now put the Ramik pellets in the attic and the basement where I have seen evidence of the rodents in years past. My only regret is the hundred of dollars I spent on all of the other products trying to rid my home and patio of the very bold rats. I have read of others who failed to open the plastic bags with the pellets. I opened the bags with scissors and spread the pellets where the rats would enter the hole that they made in the foundation. This worked for me with great success.

Best Stuff!
Last winter we were hit with a large wave of roof rats all around our yard and in our home. We called the exterminator and they placed poison pellets and spring traps with peanut butter all over the place. The rats didn't touch the pellets and the peanut butter was gone from most of the traps-not triggered. It did catch a few. We could hear the rats in the walls! All though it became a game for the kids to kill them with high powered air rifles (5-8 rats a night) it wasn't enough. My dad showed up with this Ramik poison stuff and tried it. The rats ate it all up! Within 3-5 days, we found the yard, the basement & the attic peppered with rat bodies- dead!! We quickly moved to clean it up before the smell of death took over the air. No more noises in the walls and in the attic. We now keep little clay plates around the house with these green pellets. It works, the rats are gone.

This product really works!
No one wants rodents in the house. No one wants to trap them and take their poor little bodies away. We want them to stay outside where they belong and leave our homes alone. Something in my meighborhood happened to set the rats on the move, and they decided my garage made an excellent home. Ugh! I tried havaheart traps but after 3 captures and releases in the woods, they never went near it again. I tried snap traps and after 3 kills, they never went near it again. I tried electronic screamers, they said Thanks for the music! Finally I tried this product. within a few weeks the rats departed. I don't know where they went and I don't care. I didn't find any carcasses and that works for me. This is an excellent product.

Smart rat
I guess my mice are too smart because they will not eat this. How do I make them eat it?

They go for it!
Wow! This is a day two report, but I'm impressed so far - I'll do an update as time goes on.Rats seem to like it OVER thrown-out human food! My problem with baits in the past has been that mice and rats turn their noses up at the D-Con, etc. baits and prefer the little scraps they can retrieve from my garbage cans, etc. They were clearly attracted to the and went for the unopened plastic packages pf Ramik Green. Our usually mice-and-squirrels-and-rabbits-only neighborhood was besieged by rats after collapsed sewage pipes recently created a "sink hole" in the road and apparently provided them with access from a distant connection to the sewers. Some homes were apparently entered through toilets!I heard noises in my house and saw a darting rat a couple times. Bread and other on-the-counter foods were attacked quickly. Snap and electrocution traps caught a couple but they learn quick. I decided to flood the inside and outside with bait and tried these Ramik baits.Wow! I first set up two, putting the unopened plastic packages on top of empty leftover packaging from chicken and an eaten frozen meal's bowl with a tiny amount of food left - I thought the smell would draw them and placed them in semi-hidden locations. Within a couple hours both plastic packages were gone - taken away - hopefully to wherever they nested. The noises disappeared during the night. I heard a couple, apparently from a lone rat/mouse.Today, I'll be setting out many more of these up in places inside and outside, basement, and first floor and attic in places where the the rabbits and visiting friends and neighbors cats and dogs won't be able to get to them.Rats are very smart, but I don't think they'll be able to identify the packages as having killed their buddies before they themselves get poisoned, but I'll update this later!
