The baklava was exceptionally well wrapped and arrived without any damage. It is out of this world delicious. I have had baklava around the world, and I lived in a turkey for three years and had baklava from many different makers on many occasions. What I have received tonight and just had a piece of is absolutely delicious. It is crisp Just the right amount of sweetness and filling. I especially like the crisp exterior. It is out of this world delicious and I will want to buy it on a regular basis if possible.

The media could not be loaded. This Baklava is so delicious! It came in a box labeled fragile and was well wrapped to protect the delicate layers inside. I was happy and surprised to see the container is also wrapped in a way to preserve the freshness of the baklava itself via Saran wrap around the inside layer of the box. The layers are perfectly delicate, crispy, and soft, something I prefer when I'm eating baklava. The pieces are huge and thick. It even comes with pistachio crumbs to put on top. The box holding the baklava is also sturdy and feels high quality. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is for a personal pet peeve, the box doesn't click shut and so I worry it will get knocked off and not protect the freshness in that specific scenario. This was one of the most affordable baklava on Amazon. And it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful! My childhood was filled with these delicious pastries as our Greek neighbors and friends would make them for us quite often. My husband thought he wouldn’t like them—WRONG. I made the mistake of giving him a taste and now I have to share…lol.

Packaged nicely. Shipped very securely. You can tell that a lot of care went into making and delivering it. Unfortunately it was so dry. Even the filling. We bought 2 and there was no evidence of any syrup in either of them. I've had lots of baklava and dry is never a problem. The layers were all dry and flaky on top and bottom. Only a small amount of evidence underneath the very bottom of any moisture all at. What flavor there was wasn't bad just bland. Maybe a fluke since the reviews are all very positive.

I love this pastry. Baklava tends to sometimes be overly sugary sweet, but this is not. It is buttery and flavorful, and I have to tell myself to slow down or it will all be gone! Truly a delicious treat! I would not hesitate buying this as a gift.
