What a lovely customer service, unfortunately my post man did not take good care of my product ;( . But when I looked on damaged even looked so great if you have usually normal delivery guys is worth of the price is made from wood it has this amazing look and is made really nicely. For kids I they like this sort of stag is worth and it is safe so not to worry but be careful is made from wood so do not smash it on anything;) . But honestly the customer service got back to me right away thank you so Much Anna for helping me out I gave my brother that money so he could get him self something now I need to some how repairy as he wants it even to put on display is amazing and everything is amazing thank you so much For everything but honestly I recommend this product :) thank you so much for all help

The product is great. Also a few months after we received the item my son lost the scabbard of the sword. The seller sent a new scabbard free of charge to us. Brilliant customer service.

The detail and weight of the sword is great. It is full size with a wooden decorated blade. The cover allows the blade to fit in securely. The detail on the handle and blade really stands out and it’s a quality item. The customer service was outstanding

TL DR: Great quality, accurate to the show and polite & friendly sellersI was actually very impressed with the quality of the one I ordered. It looks exactly as advertised and is faithful to the show. I did have to assemble it slightly myself, but as it comes in just a few parts its really no trouble at all.The only thing I will mention is that I ordered 2 seperate ones and only recieved one, with the other being lost god knows where in transmission, however after having a brief conversation with the sellers they offered to send a brand new one out to me, so that one is on the way and I am looking forward to receiving that too.

Amazing... this bamboo crafted sword is amazing!!! This is a Christmas gift and for sure it will go down a treat! Is like no other sword, nice to hold, to look at. Arrived fairly quick, packed well & protected and much more better than expected.

Looks good blade is very thin so could easily be damaged if using for none intended purpose
