Unbiased CRM benefits and what it takes to make one working
What I like about the book:1) Unbiased to CRM players2) Expert suggestions 1) CRM is a management and operational decision, not a tech decision 3) Difference between ERP Vs CRM 3) Most CRM perform similar function 4) The direct and indirect cost (this is more) 5) How to evaluate CRM vendors 5) How to make people use it 6) What leaders should do to ensure adoption3) Much more than CRM, it is about how you manage change and how to ensure adoption.4) The Goal (Eliyahu M. Goldratt) style storytelling format makes it an engaging read in one sitting.

Anyone who is using CRM or planning to use CRM must treat this book as a Bible.
Very well written. Limesh has shared his more than 15 years of experience of CRM as a user and vendor.Limesh has fictionalized the what, why and how of CRM in conversational style which would have made Mr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt proud.Book addresses CRM challenges faced by business owners, users, administrators with examples ,insights and wit. He also smartly pitches for product vendors need to be profitable, but that's self preservation I guess😉.The best takeaway would be, need of transparency among team members and other stake holders, cross sell and up sell opportunities arising out of CRM reports.I will insist that anyone who is using CRM or planning to use CRM must treat this book as a Bible.

Compelling and straightforward storytelling!
Simple storytelling with a deeper level of understanding of CRM concepts. It helped redefine met concepts. This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand the importance of CRM and can effectively use it. Who can be anyone here? A business that's in sales/marketing of products and services. A student is interested in CRM Concepts. A person is responsible for selling or marketing CRM as a product. CRM consultants or analysts who want to rediscover the concepts through storytelling. My personal the best part of the story was insights on “when you need and don't need CRM and a tool.” Even I liked filmy dialogues in between, which lighten the mood while reading.Overall, awesome!

The media could not be loaded. The best thing which I liked about telling about the most complex technology subject using fiction in a very simplified manner !This is indeed a good read for business who are looking to buy a CRM or have failed to implement CRM in past . The story of three friends relates very well .As a seller of CRM solutions , this book describes various use cases to provide right solutions to customers and Also help implement the CRM effectivelyIt will also act as a reference book for our sales team as it summarises learnings from each chapter and case studyThe last chapter is quite useful for existing CRM users who would like to exploit Analytics and reporting power of CRM to upset and cross sell products and solutions for business growth .Enjoyed reading e-book !

Practical guide to not just CRM, but any business IT project
Once I started reading, the parable unfolded with ease and kept me engaged in the story. It is a collection of practical insights on what ails projects that are typically driven by IT (not by choice but by default) and why they do not always deliver to promise. As a practitioner for over 30+ years, the book validated some of my way of working and the advise that I doled out to fellow peers in the industry.A must read especially for non-IT folks who are involved in sponsoring or supporting IT projects.

The Book that tells how it isn't about Softwares but Commitment to Process
I loved this book. Limesh took up an extremely dull and boring subject afterall who wants to "Read" about implementing CRM, and turned it on its head into one of those books where you are always wonderng and anticipating the next moves. A veritable thriller, if you would. I recommend it to everyone who wants to implement and to those who have tried CRM sodtwars with limited success. Well done Limesh!
