this is PROBABLY not what beam is for, but after a night out i always drink one of these first thing in the morning and i feel great. works just as well as the blowfish hangover tablets or liquid IV except beam actually tastes good!!! also good for when i don't feel like drinking straight water during the day. so glad beam is on amazon prime now!!

The taste of these are thick, they do not dissolve and they are gross.

Beam's newest product hits it out of the park! Great taste without all that sugar most hydration packets have. Perfect for everyday use and its fantastic after workouts to help muscles recover . The lemon is great, the watermelon is amazing. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a natural hydration option with recovery elements to keep you going!

We have long been huge fans of the Liquid IV singles - for both pre and post-workout (and occasional hang-over cure). Beam's hydration pack blows them out of the water on multiple fronts, whether that is flavor, ingredients, or energy. This is now a staple for our daily routine!! Highly recommend all the other beam products as well.

Product has great taste and has no problem mixing in with water, I have had issues with dissolving other products. If looking for a way to boost hydration this is a no brainer, highly recommend!
