Stephen Joseph All Over Print Lunch Bag

It ripped in the first week of using it. I tried to get a replacement and they told me they would return it for me but then hung up on me. I still haven’t received a replacement or my money back.

Update: The seller responded same-day and offered to refund the cost. They’re sending my photo to the vendor. I hope they fix the quality issues because they’re such cute bags. At least the seller has done a good job of customer service both times I had to contact them.********This was our second faulty Stephen Joseph Transportation lunchbox. The first one arrived with hole along the zipper. The seller authorized a return and we purchased a second one as a replacement. We were pleased to receive it quickly, in time for the first day of Kindergarten. When we got to his class and went to hang it on his hook one side of the handle came completely off! My son was crushed. All we did was pack it once and carry it into school. It didn’t even last 45 minutes once packed with a small lunch. Completely ridiculous. I thought this was a quality brand. Apparently not! I will update this review after the seller responds. The picture is a little blurry but that blue thing at the top is the handle, now attached on only one side.We got the matching backpack and the shark set for my first grader. I’ll update if we have problems with those.

While the lunch bag is colorful and is an ample size, the interior began unraveling after a week of use. The zipper catches and has basically rendered it useless. I did try to trim the excess material but it has continued to unravel and was poorly sewn. After contacting the seller, I was offered a 20% discount which does not seem adequate in my opinion. Since I purchased this in July to insure it would arrive in time for the new school year, the return window expired. Personally I would avoid this product.
