What brands of Champagne work with this stopper? (cheap to mid-range)

It has worked in all bottles from Veuve Cliquot to Tobin James....

Does this fit beer bottles?

I am not sure, we no longer have this stopper as it stopped sealing champagne bottles after 3rd use. I can't imagine it being any better for beer if it would work

Can this be used on wine bottles?

Maybe on some, but it didn't work on all champagne bottles so I returned it. I'd look elsewhere.
