Source Naturals Bilberry Extract Standardized Botanical Antioxidant - 100 mg, 120 Tablets

I have been taking 2 of these small button-sized tablets almost every day for over 10 years. Many years ago a woman who teaches people to improve their eyesight and get rid of their glasses suggested to me that vision in some people is helped by bilberry. I wear glasses to read, but don't have particularly poor eyesight. This brand, more than the other drops and capsules that I have tried, noticeably improves my vision. When I run out, or just take one tablet, I notice that print becomes a little fuzzy and less clear. I will probably take this stuff forever.I wrote this review 7 years ago and I'm still taking two small tablets or 200 mg each day. I still get the same response of clear vision for reading. If I stop taking them in just 2-3 days I notice that print is more difficult to read.

Though it is small, it is the most difficult pill to swallow I have ever experienced. They need to spend a little more and figure a way to make it easier to swallow.

Have used bilberry 100 mg. twice daily since 2011 andhave noticed an obvious improvement in night vision, willcontinue use. Took awhile for the effects to set in but ifusage twice daily is maintained then the results are excellent.Would recommend for night vision improvement.

I have had noticeable differences in my eyesight after taking bilberry fruit in the past with other brands. I don't really notice anything with this brand. Wish I could tell you if it was me or the product but I can't. Perhaps I am just getting too old for it to make a difference! Or maybe this brand doesn't have the best quality. Next time I order I am going back to Nature's Sunshine and see if I can tell a difference and will re-rate at that time.

Been using this product for a far amount of time. I don't see any immediate results, but if it works in the long run, I'm satisfied. One issue with the shipping is that if it's done in the heat of summer, the label says keep it in a cool dry place, and when I got the purchase from USPS, the package was very warm here in Florida, and I have a feeling the contents may have been compromised some what. Next time I will purchase in the cooler months only and stack up for the long haul. UPS is the same with the packages being very warm to the touch and that includes the bottles inside...Not good

Concentrated and easy to swallow. I can vouch bilberry really does work for night driving or staring at a pc screen. With all there is a 4 hour delay until the kick in - so plan ahead.

I purchased this because I thought it might be equivalent to Biotech CellGuard Plus, which is a wonderful product. There was virtually no discernable benefit from this stuff.
