Bottle Green Elderflower Cordial 500ml (Pack of 2)

We took a trip to Romania last year and visited the farm where this cordial is made! They use wild elderflowers gathered by locals in the area. They make the cordial there and ship it to Great Britain for bottling. I fell in love with the stuff when we were there and am so glad I can buy it in the states! Now if only I could get the jam and honey from that farm too…Tip: I don’t dilute it quite as much as the instructions state as I like it a bit sweeter and stronger flavor. I’d say dilute to taste. It’s also great if you add some lemon juice and some lemon and/or orange slices, or with fresh mint leaves. This was often how Socata was served in Romania and I’m hooked on it now. I also recommend using sparkling, or you can do part sparkling and part still for just a little sparkle.

I would have liked better packing. The neck of the bottle was sticking thru the box and some liquid came out as the bottle was sticky. I expected as it was sold in twos to come together but they were separate and the other bottle was fine. Will propably purchase this again as it is heavy to carry many back from
