Excellent product. Was easy to install. The cord cuts easily and cleanly with a knife, I wrapped the cut ends with self adhesive Aluminium tape to prevent them from fraying out (my 9 year old original cord did fray out over the years). The included black glue is of the higher temperature rating type. I have hopes this will last me another 9 years.

I needed to replace my gasket and this worked great! It was easy to use for a first timer like me. The Gasket seems like a good quality and there isn’t anymore smoke coming through the wood box. The adhesive seems to be holding firmly.
