It's good.. Soothing effect.
It's got a soothing aroma and feels nice while we proceed to sleep. I feel it helps to sleep, however, may not always be like that for all. Yet, found it has great calming impact.

The product has a good fragrance (and can be used in a diffuser as well). However its claimed "deep sleep" benefit is false , it is not very effective in inducing sleep.It hence functions only as a aroma/essential oil - whose substitutes can be bought at much lower prices.
