Sent wrapped in one piece of bubblewrap inside a plastic bag. Minor damage in transit - corner snapped off one of the pots. Planting should hide this. Order consists of 6 pots, 6 S hooks, 6 drainage plugs and six inserts for the pot bottoms. One of the latter was missing.Delivery took three weeks - came from China. Wish I'd known. Not too bothered about the elapsed time but I'm uncomfortable with the carbon footprint.

Really pleased with these planters - they are bright; jolly; sturdy and more interesting than the usual plain dull colours. They are a good size and the insert to hold the plants above any residue water is a good idea. Can't wait to start planting them all up to join my ever expanding balcony garden in the sky!

So easy to use and surprising how much they can hold. Colours are pretty and dont distract from the contents. Also easy to hang and sit upright.
