I swear by this pomade, it is amazing, I suffer with hidradenitis suppurativa, it is a very painful condition. I apply this pomade in affected areas and I see results instantly! For example on boils I apply 3-5 times a day and by the next day the pain has diminished and the boil has gone down OR the boil pops with out pain. I have also applied it on my acne pimples and it alleviates the pain while helping it come to surface better, the purple one is my go to the smell is almost like a fruity pebble smell.

I purchased this back in 2024 and I’m only halfway done with my container and I can honestly say this works so well for me. I have mild HS on my thighs and this helps with small flare ups and even shrinks my boils. I also use this daily to prevent chafing and personally I don’t have too much of a problem with the greasiness.

I hesitated to purchase this product as it is spendy for a small amount. However, I have seen a significant difference using it! It has helped prevent flare-ups, or if I am in the middle of one, it will reduce the flare-up. The only reason I give it four stars is that applying it is difficult. If they made this with a rolling option, it would be perfect!

I have cystic acne and mild HS. This is MAGIC!! At the first signs of a cyst, this can eliminate it overnight! If one has been festering for a bit, this speeds up the healing! Love it.

I used this for 3 days and I do admit it reached a head and burst on the 3rd day. But to say it relieved pain ? No it didn’t. I wish it would have relieved pain along with the assisting in getting it to a head. But i am still grateful that it seemed to help.
