Q: Can anyone actually sleep in these?

Yes, I have used it numerous nights to stop me from bending my elbow under my body when I sleep. (cause of intense pain in my elbow). Best is you sleep on your back when using , but not terrribly uncomfortable when on your side. This is a quality product that will last forever! Recommended.

Q: Where is the Size chart

For sizing measure length from mid forearm to mid humerus. Short is up to 11 1/2 in. Long is over 11 1/2 in.

Q: I have a large (fat) arm. How long are the straps?

They are adjustable on both side and when I extended the top strap it would easily accommodate a diameter of 7 inches. Keep in mind too that you can move the brace up and down your arm to wherever it’s most comfortable as I moved it closer to my elbow because it kept sliding down anyway. At the time my arm hurt so badly I couldn’t tighten straps down enough t prevent slippage. You could also perhaps add Velcro to extend if needed
