I purchased this book as a gift for my son who loves to cook and bake bread for his family.He loved it. It's an excellent bread making book for both beginners and advanced bread bakers.

This book was recommended by a friend who makes bread every day. I have made several loaves using the master and light whole wheat recipes. So easy and so good! I have kept dough in the refrigerator for a week and the flavor keeps improving.

After checking out 5 min no knead cookbooks, this one seems the most complete. Combining with the online videos, I have been very pleased with the results. I especially like the European bread dough as it reminds me of the bread I ate in Germany. All the information on equipment, techniques, and different forms of bread.
