The book has multiple distinguished chapters in it, trust me all of them are unique and relatable in one way or the other, but my top favorites are 1. Free Will & Destiny📓- It talks about what we intent , plan and want to do , and what is already planned in our destiny. 2. It's All About Awakening 📓 - Dreaming out in your own figments of imaginary world and then suddenly bein awakened by the harsh realities of life. 3. Positive, Negative And The Dark📓 - We all are what we do with the choices we make and with whom we chose to be around Positive, Negative or the Dark. (My Top favorite from this book). 4. From Awakening To Self Realization📓 - When you get awaken of your dream world and then you self realize the practicality of reality realms of life. Definitely this book is not for the faint hearted and for people those who live life in the comfort zone. I will not share much about the book here in detail, as it will diminish the deserved aura of the story of this book. Only if you have an open and non prejudiced mind, determined and self curious mind, along with a willing heart, you will be able to understand the true message of this book. The words of wisdom shared by the author Sarah in this book can change your life along with thousands of lives of people those who have already read her book. A must have for all avid book readers to understand the true essence of the journey called LIFE.

Tell me about a book which had questioned your thought process and beliefs...📖 If I have to answer the above question, 'Twice born' comes at the top alongside some of my recent non-fiction and fiction reads, whether it is 'Djinn Patrol on the purple line' or 'Food and faith'. How was the life and transformation of a life coach, author, and speaker Sahar after her Visa in India was canceled by the Govt? If you want to go through a vast knowledge of healing, spiritual coaching, and therapies in form of POVs and case studies then this is the ideal book for you. Not only Sahar has questioned us, but she has also thrown the questions to the system. Many of its contents you might feel as blasphemous from a religious or fraudulent spiritualistic way of thinking, that's where the book has given them justice. For most of this concept, I already learned many of these via various self-help books on Consciousness, Spirituality, and self-realization, but I hadn't gone through the real-life case studies and in-depth analysis in most of these books. The book might put you in a slump and you might end up DNFing it due to Sahar's analytical and conceptual approaches, but trust me it worth its time. It took me more than 10days to finish as I was understanding the concepts and was going through the analysis again and again. Give this a read, I hope you will love reading it.

This book has been very profound of deep for me. I bought it for spiritual journey and to evolve spiritually. I have been touched on all levels by the energy every word carries. This is not intellect level book. It touches the heart and the soul. I have had many tears and many joys while reading it. Many things I still do not understand and some things I understand but have not experienced. This book has been very healing and comforting for me. I could feel a sense of relief and some weight lifting off. It truly is very helpful to find oneself and just following your own life path shedding away all that is not meant for you. I can only sum up this book gives a experience and not just intellectual wisdom of knowing. There are feelings and emotions only for you to feel which I cannot even articulate. I am just so grateful this book came to me in loving reassurance addressing my questions and giving me so much hope.

For me, it turned out to be an eye-opener. There are several phases that I never presumed had an origin in the first place. For instance, Sahar has shared her clients' as well her self-experiences of past life. I had never thought nor suspected anything like that really exists.Sahar's writing technique of terming a spade-a-spade is a well-constructed way that she's used in placing her viewpoints on the topic. I especially loved how she advises her readers to reflect deeper on our soulful drive rather than simply thinking of our bodily presence. Though spiritual guiding is an entirely different genre for me, I actually saw a shift in my thought throughout the book.
