Worked well for a couple of years. Elastic straps got stretched out but still was able to securely attached to my Land Rover Discovery that has a leaking roof. So this was perfect for keeping it dry inside. Unfortunately had driven SUV in a snow storm. When got home quickly put cover back up, but didn't realized that during freezing weather the moisture on the truck froze to the soft piling under the cover. Had an emergency a few days later but when went to remove cover in was frozen to the vehicle. Had to tear and shread cover to get it off. Yes, first tried hot water but no go.

I got this to cover convertible top during because of blazing summer sun. I wouldn't want to put on and remove every day but I leave my car in Florida for the summer when I go back north. It is easy to put on and take off. But I just got it so I don't know how durable it is until I return next January.

I bought this for my Mercury Grand Marquis, a full size sedan to cover the top half of the car during ice storms. The quality of the material is very good. Silvery waterproof materila on one side with felt backing that protects the car and makes it easy to slide around until it is in place. Three well made elastic straps with hooks on each side with enough stretch to find good places to secure them. The front and back overlap the hood and trunk about 12 inches which I find to be a good thing especially as it covers the space between the hood and windshield protecting the wipers and vents in that space.. The only slightly negative thing about this cover is the side to side width could be a little wider or at least have flaps that come down beyond the side windows to cover the door handles and locks. The width is correct for the car is right because the permanently attached side view mirror covers fit perfectly on both sides. Also, there were no instructions included. Putting it on is pretty self explanatory, but it would be nice to have some tips and suggestions on care of the cover between uses. If you remove it before it is dry, you need a place to let it dry out before folding it up. It does have an extra strap on it with a clip which I assume is to keep it tightly secure when folded up. Also, this product gave several options for size of vehicle. Other similar products did not. Overall, I'm happy with this, and its reasonably priced.

Does exactly what we wanted it to do. Runs small, so order larger than you think you need. Had to return the midsize and go with a large sedan size for an Acura TL. New one fits perfectly. Attaches snugly up front to the side mirrors. Extends just over windshield to cover wipers and a few inches of hood. In the back cover fullback window and even the trunk lid. Flexible felt backed material should hold up for a season or two. Only complaint it elastic straps aren't aren't very stretchy! Front is very snug from hooking cover on side mirrors. Back is a little tricky to secure. Overall definitely worth the money. Very inexpensive but completely protects car from snow and ice and a breeze to remove in the AM. Definitely a time saver. Used for half a winter so far and very satisfied. If it lasts one season it's worth it. If it lasts 2 it's a steal!

The Tofern Half Size Waterproof Car Cover Top Winter Summer Car Cover - SEDAN- MEDIUM does not fit the Nissan Altima, which I would consider a Medium size car. I had to return the Tofern Half Size Waterproof Car Cover Top Winter Summer Car Cover - SEDAN- MEDIUM and order the Tofern Half Size Waterproof Car Cover Top Winter Summer Car Cover / SEDAN- LARGE. Hopefully, the large will not be too large that it does not fit. I just wish the seller would include the dimensions of the cover and not just the package itself to prevent this purchasing and having to return it. The Vendor should include the dimensions of the cover, which is more important than the size of the package. Or another idea, would to include a drop down menu to include the Make, Model and Year of the Car, which would then help you choose the correct size of cover.I do have to say, the cover looks as though it is well made and therefore look forward to receive the SEDAN - LARGE cover.

This has been a good product over all it has done what I need to do. I covered a camaro 2011 convertable when it rains , it has kept my interior dry from rain due to an issue with the top. the fit is perfect. I orderded a XL for a camaro2011.

I had to send it back as it was too large for my mustang. However, it was shipped on time, arrived in excellent condition and I was able to return it without any problem. Just wish it was smaller.

It actually works! My place is a bit windy and sometimes it's not so easy to put this shade on my car but my main goal was to combat my cars' heating up in the sun and this sunshade helps the car to stay much cooler than with just the windshield shade. My son's car seat is not heating up as it used to ( even though I always covered it with a blanket). I got a large size for my 2002 Corolla and it's a little too roomy. The package from China came quite promptly. The product didn't have any defects out of the package. I would say it's a must-have if your car is out in the sun a lot.

For the money, these half size car covers are surprisingly good value for money. I use mine on a Rover SD1 2600 and had initially got the largest hatchback version although it was about 6" too short. It still worked well so I used it throughout 2019 as it's the first cover I've had that is waterproof and remained so. As this is for a car I use a few times a week it's perfect as opposed to a full cover as I can take it off in a minute and it goes back on nearly as quickly. I have just replaced the one I got last year with the sedan XL version and as you can see in the photo it's a near perfect fit. My only criticism is that the plastic clips that you hook into the wheels and/or bumpers etc are a bit brittle so are prone to snap if forced. The other thing I noticed is that over time the elastic of the straps can loose their tension over time but the material of the cover is quite strong despite its light weight. I plan to replace the elastic on my old cover to have as a spare and would certainly recommend this cover to others as I doubt you can get one elsewhere that's genuinely water proof at this price.

Good quality cover that fits well, shame the flimsy plastic hooks on the elastic straps don’t last long!

Nice material with a metallic finish on the outer surface and fleece effect on the inner...seems pretty good a keeping the water out. One minor grumble: the hooks on the end of the elastic straps are plastic and two have snapped in a moderate gust of wind - not very strong...

Bought it to keep the starlings from admiring themselves in the windows and mirrors then subsequently leaving keepsakes all over the car. Fits really well around the front and sides, easily clips onto wheels and underside plus it hasn't come off even with the strong winds .Light and easy to pack away, really happy with the product.
