ok, so when i first opened the package (which arrived 2 days early ) i was not happy because the receiver did not say "TSM" on it like the one on my other car. I contacted the seller and this was their reply : The receiver we sent is actually the most up to date TSM receiver released a few months ago by Traxxas. You will notice it still has the same TSM Receiver Part number: TRA6533. These new TSM receivers no longer have the TSM wording on the sticker, but have the most current firmware. It will not fail prematurely like that previous version. You should be all set! It is an awsome steering stabilizer. I do not need all that wifi smart-phone stuff with the more expensive module unit. This was the best option for my needs.

Had to purchase this because m thg other transmitter took a crap plus it was old and didnt have much range with my car. Now I can go as far as I can see the car. This was a must have.

Both controller and receiver were in brand new condition. Installed and tested today. Works great. Thank you for saving me some money.
