Great product
The product is great but I honestly thought that the barbell comes with plates, I guess it’s only the barbell and I need to buy the plates separately. But overall the barbell quality is good.

the spin is very nice.. returned the item as I realized it was short for me and didn’t feel comfortable using it for squat and bench press so i would definitely get with this brand 6 ft barbell

This could be a crapshoot?
So I ordered one a while back and it ended up getting lost through the mail, so they rushed another one out to me. It's excellent quality. Exactly what I want.However, the lost barbell showed up today. It is MUCH worse quality. The ends are ribbed for some reason, it rattles weirdly and the knurling is dented and uneven. It's also smaller than advertised.So I would say this is hit or miss, so be careful.

False Advertising
To start the product was a really good bar, no complaints. My issue is with their advertising of the weights being included in the deal, on two separate places on the page but then at the bottom of the page is a one line stating weights are not included. To me that’s shady business practice and they would have no problems sending a defective product as long as they get paid. Tried to contact seller with no response so buy at own risk.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I have a home gym in one of my bedrooms so space is a little limited. I needed a shorter Olympic barbell for certain exercises. Now when I do landmine presses and barbell hip thrusts in the same superset, I have room for both! This 5ft barbell is perfect. It’s sturdy and priced accordingly.

review for 5ft, 2-inch barbell as 5'7 for deadlifts and hip thrusts
Bought for hip thrusts & deadlifts and was a bit concerned at first that the length wouldn't be enough space for me bc I'm used to the 7 ft ones but it was totally fine. I have no idea how this would fit on a squat rack though. Also, it's kinda easier because the weight is closer to center. :)PROS:- great price for the 5ft/2inch one :)- fits my plates perfectly- ergonomic!- so far so good on 275lb loadCONS:- can't share with taller person?
