I have bought 4 of these flashlights from two different Amazon sellers. They are advertised as 3-mode (high, low, and flash), but all four of mine were single-mode ... and the "ON' button has to be held down constantly to keep the light activated. It is disappointing that a respected brand like Energizer allows this to continue.
