My wife is small and had a stroke.her left side is paralyzed so her arm is limp. This controls and protects her limp arm. And I paid $39.99. But it takes up a good amount of space in wheelchair and if you don't have the room it might be uncomfortable. At this price I think it's a must, if the person's arm is limp

This is an excellent product for stroke patients. Fits on wheel chairs with the longer arms.

This support is helpful, but doesn't work as well as I had hoped. I was hoping it would keep my husband from leaning to one side in his wheelchair. However, the support sinks lower into the chair than I expected so the support is not as good as I would like.

Delivery was ok. The product seems not to keep my husband shoulder up enough due to the soft material. It is a good product, but in my opinion, it does not appear to be as sturdy as I would like it to be.

I bought this for my father who is paralyzed on the left side. His arm is pretty much deadweight. So when he would sit in his wheelchair, it would fall and bang the left arm rest. He loves this and doesn’t have to bang his arm up anymore.

Lateral support Helpful. Has a tendency to not stay in place. Biggest complaint is that arm straps are, I my opinion backwards. Velcro fastener is against the body and you cannot readjust them easily. Would prefer that the straps were sewn fastened against the body and the Velcro fasteners were sewn on the outboard side so you can readjust or remove arm with one hand.

Product appears comfortable and was easy to attach to wheelchair. Now my mom’s arm affected by the stroke remains in a neutral position without the need for her to protect it with her good arm.

Dad kept leading on one side because of his stroke this wedge is perfect prevent him from leaning and having to keep pulling him over great product

I used an arm support cushion in the hospital and missed it when I got home. Found this online and it works very well to provide support to a paralyzed arm. Fits on and transfers easily to a wheelchair, transport chair, or regular furniture with narrow arms where it's hard to balance an arm that is missing strength or motor control. Prevents unnecessary discomfort and bruising. Also has straps if the arm needs extra immobilization. Love this thing!

I purchased this for my mother to use in her Jerry Chair as she has Parkinson’s and tends to bend and hang over the side. This was perfect to help keep her sitting up without trying to constantly sit her up as she slides around in her chair.

This is a great product. This keeps my mother sitting up straighter in her wheelchair and cradles her arm nicely. Due to a stroke which left her left arm weak and a crippled hand this works great for her. There are other identical products for a much higher price but this was more affordable and does what we needed it to do. Very satisfied.

I was disappointed in this item. It took up too much room in the seat of the wheel chair and was too tall for the left arm to rest comfortably on it. I should have done more research to make sure of the size.

I tried using the in the car but it doesn’t fit the seat very well.
