I have changed my review to five stars because of this customer service.Original Review: The product works fine. The piece that goes into the hose does not fit into our standard garden hose. Thankfully, I had not thrown away the broken one of these that we had and I was able to use that adapter. Also, I didn't get the vinyl plastic repair kit pieces. I just got a plastic bag with the instructions and no pieces.

You simply just inflate the base and attach the hose and you are all set. It sprays water like a fountain and traps in water at the bottom like a shallow splash pad. It’s a great option for smaller backyards where a pool might not fit. The vinyl is heavy duty and the seams are all heat sealed with no issues. Overall it’s a really nice splash pad for the price and a great way to cool down on those hot afternoons.

This is quite a fun product for my little guy. It came in an easy-to-open package with clear directions for how to set up. Couldn't have been easier. Just hook up a hose and turn it on. Within minutes, the outer ring was full, and water was coming out in a fountain style. The boys love splashing around, and I don't have to worry about a dangerous deep pool. It is also easy to clean up when done, too. Just unscrew hose and fold up compactly. I would definitely recommend for someone with littles who enjoy playing outside in the water.

This splash pad was a huge hit with my 23Month old!! He loves the water! Although this product explicitly states 36months + on the pad, I figured with my supervision and playing with him it would be okay! Also had him in water shoes with a non slip sole and if worked perfect! Notice that the sprinkler can be adjusted also foe little ones. For reference my son is 34” and I can adjust the water pressure so the sprinkler was at his back or even lower… higher at twice his height too but not so fun for him sitting in the middle. There’s a nice wading pool in the center too, I stood in it and water level was at my ankles. Nice and refreshing. Easy set up. Came with garden hose adapter but ours fit perfectly so it was not needed. Seller also indicates that it comes with two repair patches but ours didn’t. With my son wearing water shoes I wonder how it will hold up (will update) the material seems thick enough though. It does have a plastic smell to it but aired it out and once we set it up the smell was gone. It also says it’s non toxic and that was an important piece for us. I can see this being a huge hit during summer also! My son loves it!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It’s made of a decent vinyl. My 5 yr old is 46” tall and the water shoots up to about her shoulders on high. The splash pool holds about 3 or 4 inches of water so it’s a nice little puddle to splash and play in. Overall good value. I would recommend and buy again

We finally had some warm days this last week and we brought this splash pad out to use. What I love about it, is that you can set this up anywhere and store it easily after use. The design is pretty neat, and fits well with my space loving family. We also love that we can cool down without having to fill in a pool that just gets gross as the days go by and this wont kill your grass. This is perfect to take out anytime the temps get warm enough, and does not seem to use a ton of water. You can turn it down so it only splashes so much, or turn it up for more splash. Our daughter loves this item and will be using it all summer long.

This splash mat is durable and will last for hours of fun with the little ones. Not to mention easy to use. Even my husband got a kick out of it with our girls! They splashed around for hours without realizing the time. This company is very responsive to all inquiries. A seller worth purchasing from. The design of the mat is very interesting the girls call it their Galaxy mat!

I love that this didn’t spray 10 feet high and all over crazy. It made it easy for me to adjust it for setup without getting soaked. The center part holds some water for splashing but not so much that it damages the grass under it. The hose connected easily and water sprays a few feet. I couldn’t convince my dogs to play in it which was my main purpose for purchasing, but that’s because apparently they don’t love water no matter how hot it gets. The box was nice and suitable for gifting. Comes with patches in case it gets torn.
