Korean seafood stew

I’ve had these before and they were good, but this time I only received one of the two I ordered. Plus, it arrived without an ice pack and when opened it had what appeared to be a spot of mold. Threw away without eating.

Basically paid $30 for one pack of rice cakes when there was supposed to be two. Can’t return it so I’m basically screwed.
