This pan will leak after a few month and needs to be replaced. I wish they would make an exchangeable seal.

Non-stick coating wears off within 2 years, sometimes much sooner
I make bread twice a week and have now bought 3 of these replacement pans, one every 2 years. For the first 2 pans, the non-stick coating on the ridges near where the paddle passes (as seen in a picture in an existing review) wore off after about 2 years. The most recent pan that I bought, however, had a problem after just one month: the pan seems to have warped very slightly, causing the paddle to scrape off the non-stick coating on the bottom in an arc. (I did not soak the hot pan in cold water or anything like that, which has been noted to potentially warp the pan: I used the same care was with all of the prior pans, none of which had this problem.) It is unfortunate that these pans are so expensive and yet they do not last very long, as I am happy with the machine itself and the quality of the baked bread.Adding an update: I bought a new pan just 2 months later (hoping the problem was limited to just one bad pan) and the new pan has the same problem, this time from the very first use: the paddle (this is a brand-new paddle) scrapes the bottom non-stick surface off slightly in a spiral pattern with every use. I have to conclude that the quality control on these pans has deteriorated, with two in a row now seeming to not have a proper shape to fit the paddle.

Avoid getting hooked on this brand!
These pans have very poor quality of materials. I use my bread machine twice a week and for the past 3 years I had to buy two new pans. The non-stick coating starts peeling after around a year. I don't know if it is the heat or the material, but such expensive spare parts for such an expensive machine should last longer than that. I am now afraid to bake the bread with the machine so I decided to use it just on the dough cycle, hopefully I can get the pan to last a little longer. But, of course, if it comes to that, then there is NO point in buying a Zojirushi breadmaker (which indeed bakes beautiful loaves) and I could have settled for a cheap $50 one. Bottom line - avoid getting hooked on this brand.

Perfect. Just like the original one.

Works fine
This replacement pan works fine. I just wish that the original pan didn't shed its non-stick coating so soon (within 2 years).

Just right
This is a replacement for the original pan, and is identical to it. I just wore mine out. I am glad that it was the pan that wore out and not the machine, though!

Extremely poor Teflon coating
After only 4 or 5 uses the interior Teflon coating began to blister and peel off. I have used the Zojirushi bread makers for over 30 years and have noticed this problem with increasing dismay. In the past, the pans would begin to deteriorate after a year or two. This was not wonderful but was acceptable. Now it is a time frame of less than a week since I use the maker on a daily basis. I love the bread but gray flecks of Teflon on the outside of the loaf is not something I am willing to feed to my family. If the pans were priced and labeled as a throw away item... It is always sad to see a renowned item go down the road of profit first at the expense of quality.
