CholestOff Plus Softgels for Heart Health-Cholest Off Plus, 210 Softgels

My doctor said I need to get on a statin, but I would prefer not to, so I decided to try this product. After a bit less than two months of taking it, my total cholesterol came in at 213 in May 2023. For reference, here are past recent numbers:11/22 – 2447/22 – 2632/22 – 23710/21 – 2147/21 – 1911/21 – 2279/20 – 2666/20 – 25112/19 – 248Note, the drop in 2021 was during a time where I was making an effort to lose 30lbs, and was eating less... obviously that's an effective way to lower my cholesterol, but I admittedly lack discipline in that regard. Indeed, after succeeding in losing that weight, I went back to my more typical eating habits, and although I've mostly still kept the weight off, my cholesterol began creeping back up. Cholestoff Plus is apparently helping move the number back in the right direction... I intend to keep taking it for the next 6 months, and evaluate when I do my next blood donation / cholesterol test then.

Though my Dr suggested it when I stopped taking any statins, even he was surprised at my numbers 3 months after taking Cholestoff every day. I've gone to this Dr for many many years and after I said I never had numbers this good, he looked back and said that was correct. The pills are on the large size, but poses no problem for me, but probably some people would have problems taking these.

I highly recommend CholestOff for improving your cholesterol levels. I made no changes to my dietary choices and my numbers still improved. I also take Omega-3 so my good cholesterol levels are doing well. Now if I start to actually improve my dietary choices I believe I could get all of my numbers into good standing. I like to test supplements on their own without any other changes to confirm their effectiveness as I believe that's the true test. I have been taking CholestOff for about 6 months.

Easy to swallow. No flavor. Not sure yet how it is working as I haven't needed blood drawn yet. Meanwhile, I'll continue to use and update at a later time.
