Makes showering so much easier. I just wish it was all metal instead of having plastic where it screws into the water source.

Stupidity at it's best. Has no pressure or flow.
Yes, the older model was great. This new model is awful. It has no pressure and no volume flow because they put in a stupid restrictor (Restrictors are a type of flow valve. They are used as a local flow resistance that suddenly reduces the line cross-sectional area).I have 95 psi incoming water pressure and this new model chokes off all the flow and pressure. I had to drill out their blue plastic restrictor, see picture, and install the original model (had to cut the old hand piece in half and press out the restrictor).As you can see in the photos the original model (grey color) had 10 total openings and the new one has 4. So, only 40% of the area as the original model.
