The media could not be loaded. Just received ours and it was very easy to put together, water in and it's working perfect! Love the sound of running water. I would recommend to buy one.

After one year ,still works well

This arrived on time and undamaged. It is easy to put together if you read the instructions. It works very well and the lights look quite good at night.I would have given it 5 stars but it is a nuisance that it will not turn off automatically so you have to go out at night to turn it off so that the trickle of water does not annoy the neighbours. it could do with a timer.

It was great for a week and then stopped pump does not work disappointing spent alot of money on this and is going tp landfill 😞 I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Well packaged easy to assemble, instructions easy to follow. Item exactly as pictured and good quality, would recommend.

Lovely product works well very pleased with it

I like the design, it is only around 3ft tall but when it is working it is a relaxing feature..... BUT. After a few of the sunniest days so far this year where it had been turned on for around 4 hours a day, the motor seized up. I tried rinsing it in fresh water, checked all the contacts but no joy. I messaged the company support (as suggested by the Amazon returns procedure page) and did get a reply from the company after the weekend. Given I had asked them if we could do a pump exchange (these are less than £5 on some shops online), the reply was 'contact Amazon'. Honestly, from experience Amazon would have said 'follow the returns procedure'. I no longer had the box or packing, so this would be a pain and on top of that it would mean having to clean it out. They did offer advice, 'leave it on, in the sun, for 5 days??? Given this would take it past the returns window (which I had stated in my email to them), it smacks of time wasting and gives me the impression they think their customers are morons. Anyhow, when checking the model number on the pump, in frustration I tapped it lightly against the base of the feature and the pump came to life. I will source a new pump just in case it fails totally, but in all honesty, it would have been so simple for them to swap the pump unit out, I would have been happy with the service, I wouldn't have spent 20 minutes writing a scathing review and I could have sat back with a cuppa and enjoyed my zen moment. They get 2 stars for the design of the feature, dropped 3 for the cheap chinese pump and the incompetent service reply.
