Permanent removal of white hair?

I’m a double board certified electrologist. how can you tell the device works normally? mine doesn't produce any sound at all. it has no indicator to show it's ON. not sure whether if it's ok

I had the same issue. Double check the battery, touch the needle to the metal plate on the device, and make sure your fingers are wet and touching the metal plate on the probe.
