BissellSteam Mop, Steamer, Tile, Hard Wood Floor Cleaner, 1806, Sapphire Powerfresh Deluxe

I've had this steam mop for almost 4 months and have given it many chances. This is by far the worst steam mop I have ever owned. The cord is slightly longer than most, but you will have to wait for it to complete a heat cycle every time you move to another plug. It will not turn on until this is complete. After using it on an entire room, the only wet spot on the pad is a 2 inch square where the steam comes out. It should be re-advertised as a floor duster. Basically, it's only good for drying the floor after using a mop and bucket or picking up flyaway pet fur.I'm only leaving 5 stars so people will see this. My actual review would be zero stars.

This steam mop is very easy to use and I love that it stands by itself, you don't have to lean it against anything. My floors get very clean and they dry so fast. No more filling buckets and ringing a mop over and over. I love this steam mop so much that I'm looking for new kitchen flooring and it will have to be made of material that can be cleaned with a steam mop.

Its ok. I had an oreck steam mop and it broke. They don't make them anymore so I bought this one. What I like about it..it has a long cord, a wider washing surface and it stands on its own. What I don't like about it is its hard to put the pad on it, it doesn't hold as much water as the oreck (i never had to refill the oreck for the same amount of sq. footage) and it leaves the floor wetter than the oreck. It serves the purpose.

I purchased this mop in March of 2022. I've used it faithfully for over three years. I love it. I've purchased replacement covers. My ONLY negative is I can't find a replacement for the "spot boost brush" I've worn mine down to nothing.

This is the First Mop Steamer that I bought that work awesome, works just like it said Steam is strong enough to really clean. The only thing it didn't come with the carpet refresher tray like it said it should But just the same I love it .Thank youDenise

This steam mop is easy to use and does a fabulous job on my hardwood floors. The cleaner I had been using for years seemed to leave a film and residue on the surface and wasn't doing a good job of cleaning. The first use of the steam mop took care of much of the residue. After the second time the floors look wonderful. No film or dirt left behind. This was a great purchase.

This is a great little steam mop, and the brush feature really does a super job on grout and the mop itself leaves the floor squeaky clean. That is why I give it four stars. Unfortunately, the first one I purchased (earlier model, but very similar) did not last very long at all and that is why I don't give five stars. Part of that was apparently my fault, since I did not use distilled water- also why I give it four stars instead of three. I am using nothing but distilled water in this one and I am in hopes that is the trick to make it last longer. Very lightweight, easy to fill and use, and definitely fills the bill if it lasts longer than my first one did.
