Yup, silent windows. It's a loop and toggle button, not velcro like most. So, noise is entirely dependent upon how well you can manage unlooping a little loop around an elongated toggle button and setting the window piece down.

Will it fit on a 4x4 platform? Also can I shot out of all four sides?

This blind is horrible poor craftsmenship pin holes everywhere . mine has been used twice and its falling apart i wouldn't buy this item again 1 star at best
