Everything one needs to know about Ketogenic diet.
There are tons of recipe books out there for ketogenic diet but only a few of them actually explain how the diet actually works or what are the benefits of the diet. This is one of those books, it is very important to know how the diet works to apply it properly and reap the benefits of the diet. The language used in the diet is very easy to understand and the content is very well explained.Overall, I highly recommend this book.

Good Book
This was a good read....the book really scares you into avoiding sugar by recognizing the dangers of insulin resistance and obesity, etc. It was interesting reading about the three energy sources for your body; sugar, muscle, and fat. It makes sense that if you avoid sugar, fat will be next in the energy pyramid...

This was a nice cut-to-the-chase book about the Keto approach to eating for better health and weight loss. Very quick read.

Diet is in the mind to become effective.
When I learned of this diet and this book, I slowly applied its suggestions and found out that it is effective. Weight loss matters with the mind and not on the physical body at all. You need to renew your mind and focus on losing weight then you'll overcome the cravings of fatty and rich in calorie foods. Thanks to this book, it suggest that we can also work by increasing the amount of calories we burn while keeping the amount of calories we eat at the same level. We need the right mindset in order for ketosis to produce optimal weight-loss benefits for you over the long term.

This is more of a pamphlet than a book. 26 large print pages . No recipes . All info can be found online for free . When I read other reviews prior to purchasing , reviews talk about the helpful information and great recipes . My book does not have one recipe in it . Makes me wonder if I even got the correct book .

Must read for anyone considering the ketogenic diet!
This book is a must read if you consider starting a ketogenic diet. As the title states it is a beginners guide, basically covering everything you will ever need to know about ketosis and the ketogenic diet. I really enjoyed the section about mindsets and how your mindset basically determines whether you will benefit from any diet or if you won't. This "Inner game" section was very eye-opening and helpful for me.

Great beginners ketogenic guide
I'm so happy that I get this book from my mom. Now I want to suggest this book to all my friends because it's really awesome. This Ketogenic Diet for beginners will bring more healthy and tasty food into your life, believe me. If someone wants to lose some weight, then this book is definitely for this person!

Sorry I purchased this book!
I was not pleased with the book. I didn't feel it was worth the $6.00 I paid. There were several grammar mistakes and not enough information

Very Informative
I enjoyed this book.I do not ascribe to this diet but it gave me a good overview which helped in my decision not to follow it.

Very Helpful Book
Very good and wise with a very simple how to do this lifestyle that is not a diet. Wish me Luck the goal is 35 Lbs by Sept 2018
