A: Yes! I bought this for my middle schooler and he could fit 4 books, p.e. uniform, lunch, water, binder, and a pencil pouch all in it. It has AMPLE room. It even has a lap top pouch in the main zipper. Plus with the reliability of jansport I know the back pack will last through high school. It is definitely big enough for anything related to school.

It's a JanSport so it's great. Very roomy with a lot of compartments. It's perfect for my 5th grade son, but can definitely be used for older grades as well. The only potential issue is the zippers are challenging to get to due to the flap covering them. Once you figure it out, it gets easier.
