Poor quality trolley
The product is poor quality and cannot be displayed in my house. Please pick up and return for a refund .The pick up person for return said “ I will come tomorrow and pick it up as I don’t have a vehicle.” No one showed up today whole day as he confirmed he will come. Sad state of customer service. No way to contact them and they don’t call back. Terrible service.

Overall good
The trolley is made up of good quality wood .A little narrow to fit all utensils .Needs assembling. One screw was loose . Had to get it from store .

Incomplete assembly hardware
I received 10 black screws instead of 12 black screws , 2 screws short . Can not complete assembly of the product and Dan not use trolley . I need 2 black screws
