Perfect for Knee surgery PT.
This is a great size ball and flexible. use for knee surgery. perfect for my needs. same as what I use in PT. helped me heal fast in therapy post op. It was easy to blow up.

Exactly as shown- pump tool is perfect
Using it for at home PT exercises. Love that it comes with the little hand pump. It’s easy to fill. As others have said it may lose a little air so the pump is great but would not buy if I had to blow it up by mouth. It’s got a good texture so it doesn’t slide between my knees when I do a bridge.

Nice exercise ball for husband's home physical therapy needs. Easy to use pump comes in handy as the ball seems to deflates over a several days. Deflates good for storage with pump.

No need to buy the $15 ball as it is the same as the $9 ball. The plastic pump is not needed.
No need for the pump, as it is easy to inflate by blowing directly into it. You will lose the pump over time anyway. Save your money.
