NOT 2.75oz!
Be careful of the weight advertised above. I suspect maybe that's the weight with a high vacuum applied. No matter how much I squish mine down, after the first use I'm consistently at 3.5oz. (I stow it much more tightly rolled than shown here - it unrolled a bit when I took the cover off to weigh it, but did not bring in any new air - I have the valve closed.)If you're a weight junkie, you can save 0.4oz easily. Just don't bring the storage bag (0.2oz) and remove the elastic strap (0.2oz). My sleeping bag has a top "rim" that holds the pillow in place just fine, and I can store the pillow in my bag when I roll it up, so I don't need either of these. That brings my final carry weight to 3.15oz.If you can look past the misleading 2.75oz detail, that's actually really good for a pillow. This is a very comfortable pillow and it has a great valve - way better than my sleeping pad! It has a small pushbutton that you can lock open or closed for inflating/deflating it completely, and if you tap it briefly makes it really easy to let out a slight about of air to adjust the firmness. I slept really well on this.

Comparable product at a cheaper cost
Trekology Aluft Comfort (TAC) 2.0 offers a very comparable product to the Sea2Summit (S2S) Aeros Ultralight Large pillow with some key differences:Price: Price point is great at less than $20 for TAC versus $40+ for the S2S.Design: Both sleeping surfaces of both pillows are very similar: a soft brushed fabric similar to microfleece. The TAC has a detachable strap and beaded dots on the back which make it anchorable to headrests or sleeping mats and slip resistant. The TAC and S2S are curved both along the edge to center your pillow across your shoulders and down the middle to provide a slight dip and neck support for back or side sleepers. The S2S valve also functions as a locking mechanism for their sleeping mats meaning that you would have to stay with that brand for the locking mechanism to be functional.S2S has limited color options with TAC has five at the time of this review - if that matters to you. Both come with drawstring bags but the S2S drawstring is anchored which makes it a lot harder to undo with one hand. The TAC bag also has a strap that is very convenient. The only design spec that S2S really excels at is the two part valve system (pictured) which includes a nub to adjust the firmness of the pillow and a second open valve to complete deflate the pillow. The TAC version has a click-valve which can be toggled to slightly deflate the pillow HOWEVER blowing up my TAC sounded like I was making turkey calls - no joke. The S2S is silent.Specs: The TAC is 16x12X4 inches inflated while the S2S is 17.3x12.6x5.5 so very similar. Honestly there doesn’t seem to be much of a size difference visually once inflated and I don’t imagine there to be a problem with them fitting in a mummy style sleeping bag. Weight wise the TAC is 3.4 oz and the S2S is 2.5 - this is likely due to the valve weight. The S2S and TAC both have bonded edges and bonded valve seals that are similar in width meaning they both probably hold up similarly for durability.TLDR; I’m returning the SeaToSummit Aeros Pillow in favor of the Trekology Aluft. The TAC valve, although annoying, isn’t enough of a problem to justify the price difference - nearly $25 in my area. While the brushed fabric of the S2S pillow was nicer than the TAC, the Trekology pillow felt more cooling.I will update the review after a few trips.***UPDATE***10/04/2020The “turkey call” sound in the Trek pillow slowly improved but I can still make quite the ruckus inflating the pillow quickly. The nubs on the back weren’t as functional grip wise as I had hoped but still for this price point, I’ll take the TAC over the S2S. It has held up well to a few trips and even naps in the car and a large coffee spill wiped quite easily.

Perfect for lightweight campers who need good neck support
My job takes me out to unimproved areas and more often than not, I find myself sleeping on cots, in tents or on the ground. When I was younger, rolling up a jacket or stuffing other clothes together made a good enough pillow. As I got older, my needs changed and I require more neck support when I sleep. In a job where I'm already forced to drag a bunch of equipment out in the woods and then have to sleep there, one more bulky item that may get wet/mil-dewy or heavier is not a welcome piece of kit. This is perfect as it rolls up small, its waterproof and its very comfortable. The cradled-design also ensures minimal movement during the night and supports my neck fantastically!

Pillow perfection
Pillow perfection!Prepping for my 1st backpacking trip and a proper pillow is critical for me. Tried about 5 types Including was he 1.0 version of this a couple months ago but all left me wanting. Saw this and thought I’d try it out before resorting to just bringing my home pillow. The good:Much better feel on the face.More flexible comfortable, feels less like sleeping in a balloon. It’s also slightly thicker/bigger. It seems built well and durable but time will tell. The great:The removable strap is fantastic. I put a small dry bag of clothes under it and can use the strap to keep the pillow on it. Gives me the perfect height and insulation under my head that I want. As a bonus the strap keeps it wrapped up snug when it’s rolled up.Overall a fantastic product and definitely improved. I no longer have a pillow problem :)

I am buying another one
I needed 3 backpacking pillows. I bought this one and a Sea To Summit regular size aeros premium that cost just over 30 dollars. The Sea to Summit is nice, but this one is bigger, has a strap, and feels almost as nice, for a current introductory price of less than half what the Sea to Summit cost. I am buying another one of these.

Good packable pillow, honest price.
Great packable pillow, packs down to about the size of a baseball (slightly smaller) comfortable as you can inflate it according to your preference. A slight downside is the surface covering that contacts the face could be a bit more plush but a T-shirt or camp towel does the trick. Good honest price for a good honest product.

One of the best camping pillows I've had
For years, I just used my clothes in a stuff sack. Then I got to the point in my life where a single good night's sleep was worth the price of one of the bigger-name camping pillows, and ran that puppy into the ground. This is as good, and half the price. The inflation is easy, and deflation is even easier. Packs down small; not quite as small as some, but small enough that pretty much any pack would have room for it (small like an airline bottle of wine). Great stuff.

Perhaps the best-ever camping pillow.
When camping a temptation is not to take a separate pillow but to fold a coat up or use a stuff sack full of clothing, but people who do a lot of hiking & camping know the value of an actual pillow: you sleep so much better. You get so much better rest overnight even the "ultralight" guys who shed all surplus weight keep them.Ostensibly these pillows (v1 and v2) are clones of the Sea to Summit Aeros Ultralight . V1 is about the same weight and features, V2 is about an ounce heavier - but I think worth it. The material is tougher, there is an anti-slip grip texture on the underside, a warm-felt material on the face side, an improved inflation valve, and a detachable elasticated strap on the back to attach to a sleeping pad. The strap is such a useful feature it beggars belief so few have thought of it before, indeed you can find Youtube videos giving tricks & tips to keep the pillow under your neck during a camp sleep. I latched this onto my sleeping pad and the pillow stayed under me (and I'm normally a restless sleeper) and I never thought it would harm my sleeping pad. It's half the price of big-name ultralight pillows yet better than them. What's not to love?Measured weights:Pillow 100 gramsStuff sack 6 gramsPS, this is a camping pillow not a travel pillow for planes, trains & automobiles. Those really should be U-shaped. This is a pillow for horizontal not vertical sleep. Sea to Summit Aeros Ultralight

The pillow-hat Who knew?
I think that the elastic strap is theoretically to go around your sleep mat. Since my sleeping bag was on top of the mat this was not possible. As a joke I put the strap over my head and under my chin effectively attaching the pillow to my head. It worded amazing! No more searching the dark for the lost pillow in the middle of the night. If I roll over onto my side the pillow just rotates around to the side of my head but never deserts me.I probably looked ridiculous with a pillow attached to my head but I slept great. It should be listed as a selling feature.

Comfortable Design 😁
Researched a lot of other similar products, between £10 - £17; read a lot of reviews and got it down to a choice of three.Found the #1 Best Seller - sleeping pillow tab very useful. Almost went for the Jokel one, looked good and wanted to team it up with their air pad, but ultimately plumped for the Trekology one. Some reviewers for this product mentioned issues with the valve or loosing air with no visible holes, so I'll keep an eye on any issues; four stars so far will evaluate after twenty+ wild camp uses.On the plus side, material feels great, a brushed percale like texture and love the overall style and the design of this product; the strap is very useful and wraps around the air pad with ease. Very easy to inflate and deflate, no issues so far and easily rolls back up into it's sack.Overall great value, very happy with my purchase and as you can see from the photo I have recently purchased the air pad from Trekology as well!😁But that's another story.

ALMOST PERFECT!
DEPENDS ON HOW YOU SLEEP...There's no denying this is an awesome pillow (particularly for the money), but it may not suit everyone - which is an obvious statement really! The pictures seem to make it look exaggerated, but there is definitely a 'lower' part to the middle of the pillow. And by that I mean, if you tried sleeping on your side with your head right on the edge of the pillow, your head will either roll back into the 'dip', or roll off the side - face onto the floor! If you position your head in the centre, you'll probably find that the raised side in front of your face, will be, in your face!BUT... Despite me being someone that does sleep like this, the bulk of my sleeping bag hood fills this 'void' nicely. If you are someone does not have the hood padding up this 'crater', then you'll possibly go back to the previous issues - unless you sleep on your back. Of course, the good thing about Amazon is, there is seldom an issue returning things if you don't like them!OH... As it goes I may have to swap mine for another, because the 'push-button toggle' valve - when in the 'keep air in' position - leaks slightly. (This is prior to inserting the rubber bung.) Although not a massive issue, I would prefer that it didn't leak at all.

All inflatible pillows are awful. This is the least awful pillow I've ever used!
As I said, i've never found an inflatible pillow that's even remotely comfortable over an entire evening's sleep...however, this one came pretty close. I only woke up a couple of times annoyed at the pillow, which is good for me because I'll normally throw them out the tent at 3am and use my jumper instead. It's nicely textured surface and little rubber dots on the bottom prevent it from moving around too much and the contours and large size helps to keep you on it. I would like to see slightly higher sides but overall, it's not that awful! It's really easy to inflate and deflate and pack away to a tiny size...done in seconds. If you need an inflatible pillow, this one's the least awful one I've ever used.
