I really enjoyed making this as it was neither too easy or terrifically hard. It takes a lot of time and patience to make sure the gears work properly. Some of the components are quite delicate and I managed to break a couple - though I feel that if I made it again I would be less likely to do so. There are some duplications of some components so if you damage some parts you have a backup.I certainly intend to attempt another one.

Bought this kit for our adult son for a Christmas present to add to his collection. Unfortunately we did not realise it was not a UGEARS construction kit as all his others have been. Some parts were fragile, others did not line up resulting in some having to be glued. The mechanism and chimes do not work. I'm sure he will never purchase a ROBOTIME kit again.

The media could not be loaded.  It was fun to build but also extremely stressful as it kept falling apart at the end and things fell off. I did need to use glue because some pieces snapped but everything fit together. Some needed sanding down a bit but it includes sand paper so it was fine. It’s hard to get it to work but once you do don’t touch it again lol. I’m very satisfied with the outcome I just wish it didn’t break so easily.

I have bought a lot of these models for my elderly dad he's 90 years old and finds them brilliant to keep his mind active

load of rubbish you cant aline the gears properly so it just jams waste of money

Very good kit to assemble. A little delicate in some places as the wood seems rather fragile so patience and delicacy is required. All the pieces popped from the sheets easily and generally connected together well. Not a kit I would recommend for young teens to assemble due to the precision and time required. Easily a kit for adults/older teens. The finished item is beautiful and the music is clear with three biplanes flying around the tower. Just as described in the advert. One of the best kits I have assembled.
