Second time one can broke open at the seam during shipping and leaked on other items ordered and soaked through the cardboard box. Amazon doesn't care much about the packing I guess. The cans were loose and banging around in the shipping box. I got in a customer-service chat, and the cust service rep seemed to deplore how carelessly the product had been packed and gave me a $2.5 refund. But I doubt whether they are going to pack it any better in the future. So probably order it separate from anything you don't want stained with smelly fishy rapeseed oil. Good flavor, but saltier than I would like ... but maybe that is necessary. I certainly wouldn't eat the oil--and there is a lot of it--that it's packed in. Study up about toxins in rapeseed oil and canola oil that can mess with your thyroid and other systems. Olive oil would raise the price a lot, but soybean oil wouldn't and doesn't have as much toxins and would be edible in case you need the calories.
