It worked great and she absolutely loved it. She plugged it in for the first time and the female plug insert broke inside making it impossible to charge. They sent videos to help teach me how to fix it but it was a no go. The piece inside was actually broken. So I ordered a new one on desertcart and they said that they would refund me the money after I received it. Not sure they really would refund the money I hesitantly ordered it anyway. It didn’t even take a full day for the refund to go through. In my opinion they are a trustworthy company doing the right thing for their customers. They could have easily turned their nose up at me because I was past the 30 day refund period but they didn’t. That says a lot to me. The new toy I ordered works perfect and the charge insert seems to be more durable.

A: If you press the buttons on each remote at the same time. They will not work together to mimic one another. They are not synced

A: My great nephew uses the remote to control everything. I was unaware that you could control anything the Robot Dog does by pressing the nose.

**Q: Can this robot dog avoid any obstacle?**
A: No. It moves and you can push different buttons to make it do different moves, but you can't 'drive' it like a remote control car.

**Q: Can it be programmed in any language? Do directions come in language other than English?**
A: No it cannot be programmed.
