A must read!
The line between Jen and Becky's world and our own world is paper thin. Thus, the story's background feels real, albeit to real sometimes. How the characters unknowningly work together to enact meaningful and lasting changes is radical, thrilling to watch, and yet sobering considering Jen and Becky's world is paper thin from being our own. Its sobering because the actions that taken to fight centuries of oppression and discrimination are morally dark.Hence, I think the author poses a warning to those who fuel the quiet rage: change now or don't impede progression to equality.
