A major issue is the leaking refill, which creates a mess at the opening area. This problem persists even after purchasing a new refill, suggesting quality control issues. I really liked the pen but this issue makes me stay away from it.

Good pen; weak packaging doesnt feel premium
Pen feels premium to use with 'Cross' brand but I feel packaging was below par. Even a Parker or any regular pen brand have better packaging for their premium category. Cross need to work on their packaging, especially for ~1.5K pen

Abrí la caja y o sorpresa que bolígrafo tan bien hecho es de resina brillante color azul me gustó mucho es sencillo pero elegante, elegante y moderno no le pide nada a ningún bolígrafo lo recomiendo al 100% antes de que me llegara dude pero cuando llego es esas sorpresas que te alegra el día ! Lo recomiendo totalmente
