If a Dynabrade tool develops a performance problem and an inherent defect is found during normal use and service, Dynabrade will warrant this tool against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the tool. So far a great sander
I have not been using this for a year or more yet, but I have used it for a good 1/2 hour or so. I am very pleased with the quality and consistency of the sanding, and the tool is comfortable and well-made. It's quiet and light. I've used both 3M and Porter Cable air sanders, and this one is just as good if not better. I'll change my review in a year if this doesn't last for more than a year, since the 3m and PC both died in about a year. I think moist air was a factor in that, and for this sander, I have good, dry air. I bought the 3/16" orbit model. There are some swirls at 120 grit, but when you go up to 220 grit, there are no discernable swirls.

excellent quality as expected from the name Dynabrade.
Dynabrade is known for its high quality air tools this is no exception. I bought this for a refinish project on my Corvette and it works great. very quiet compared to the old school DA sander and much lighter and easy to control. Dynabrade would have you believe that only their pads fit this sander but any pad with a 5/16-24 thread will fit. comes with a vinyl pad for self adhesive (PSA) sanding discs.

But if you will consider its random orbital feature, it is worth the extra dollars.Conclusion:Dynablade 59020 is not your ordinary power sander. These sanders are great, I bought this to replace the one I have been using for the past 15 years that finally decided not to work one morning. I was stopped in my tracks and ordered this new one. After I received the new sander and got ready to try it out, I realized I had forgot to turn the air compressor on the day before. Oh well I have 2 sanders now, but the new ones are so much lighter, comfortable, and easier to control than the older models. Wouldn't buy anything else.

Great tool !
I've been asking my coworker and do few research before I finally bought this Dynabrade sander. All I can say is it worth every penny that I paid for . Doesn't look really handy but comfortable . It does it's job and really quite as I expected and the price is really fair compare with the other. Why would you pay more for it? My coworkers has few os this and they last for years . Great tool !

It works great , but i put my 6 inch pad on it so it can fit all of my works sand paper. Great tool, wish it came with 6in pad though. At the same price
