Just got them today, arrived with no faults and with a nice little thank you card. I really love this product! Comes with 4 reusable straws which I love. Also provided a help email on the thank you card in case there are any problems. Had my morning coffee in it today and it was wonderful. Lid fits securely, no issues at all!

I wanted a glass water bottle – checkMetal straw – checkLid – checkThe glass container is just a glass jar; good thing is that it’s not too thin, so it doesn’t crack easily.The main problem is lids. If you don’t dry and clean them regularly – that is daily, you will get mould growing there- not ideal for a water bottle.

The whole glass smashed when I pushed the lid on, this had cold liquid in it. Could have been a really bad accident. However luckily was only a big mess instead.
