Get some iron in you!
Started taking these as the doctor advised my levels were low.I think sometimes you get the placebo effect with things because you want to believe they work.These felt like they made a difference after a few weeks of taking them. Many months on and I feel great.Was back for my checkup and tests show my levels are good.Will buy more when these run out.

Good price but go easy.
Every 'body' is different. These were very quick to constipate me. I have normal to very good bowel function, being virtually vegan I eat a lot, lot of fibre, so have a healthy 'large' colon with normal faeces. But needed iron. I will use them up in certain types of food preparation, but not take them concentrated directly into my system. Useful for increasing the iron in foods.
