Love this book. Everything we have made has been delicious. I'm stunned by my ability to cook such delicious recipes, with this gem of a book's help. The butter bean curry is gorgeous in particular. Most recipes need a lot of ingredients but once you have them it's fine, and they tend to be quick!

The recipies are easy to follow and everyone we havr tried so far has been delicious. The butternut red curry is a particular favourite.
