I got the large and my shoe covers are tight fitting a 9.5 mens shoe. But it is all decent made. the sea saw is so nice for cleaning balls, just it and alcohol is all I use. I clean them every time I am done with them and then I use the micro fiber towel in between throws to wipe any oil off the ball. This is very important if you want your bowling balls to last as long as possible. Oil on the ball will pick up dust and plug to porous holes in the ball. Resin balls are made to soak oil up and if they are plugged up with dirt from old oil they won't grip the lane.  If you are just getting into the game or a pro this is a lot of bang for the buck and the rosin bag is a decent addition too.  The shoe covers are nice if you need to go outside to smoke not that I do but they work great to wear to the restroom because one drop of water on the bottom of a shoe is all it takes for you to stick mess up bad. A great starter kit to any bowler. I\
